About CEO
Prior to founding the first Earth Group company in 1997 (Earth Industrial), Ma Khine Zaw spent over 20 years gaining first-hand knowledge of industrial manufacturing systems, shipping and transportation technologies, and natural resource development.
Ma Khine Zaw has extensive experience overseeing the operations of multinational organizations. In the years spanning 1997-2015, she worked collaboratively with Earth Group executives and the Myanmar workforce to found and grow each of the five Earth Group companies.

Ma Khine Zaw has extensive experience overseeing the operations of multinational organizations. In the years spanning 1997-2015, she worked collaboratively with Earth Group executives and the Myanmar workforce to found and grow each of the five Earth Group companies.
After starting Earth Industrial, Ma Khine Zaw went on to form Earth Freight Forwarding in 1999. From there, she founded Earth Trading company in 2000. In 2011, she saw a need for advanced renewable energy solutions within the commercial and residential sectors of Myanmar, and so Earth Renewable Energy was born. With the addition of Earth Engineering Consulting in 2013, Earth Group of Companies reached a new level of success both within and without its home country of Myanmar.
Ma Khine Zaw and the companies she has founded have received numerous professional awards and industry commendations. Additionally, her efforts have resulted in the very first ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facilities ever established in Myanmar.
Today, Ma Khine Zaw provides the vision and strategic guidance necessary to usher Earth Group of Companies into a new era of productivity, efficiency, and comprehensive customer solutions.
